Our action stations are chef driven and occasion inspired. Make your party sizzle and upgrade your presentation by adding one or more of our sensational stations to our full service menus.

Pasta Station

Our Chef Sautés your Choice of Pasta (Choose Two) Penne, Three Cheese Tortellini, or Bowtie. Your Choice of Sauce (Choose Two) Marinara, Alfredo, or Pesto. Your Guest also Chooses from a Variety of Toppings: Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Scallions, Black Olives, Fresh Basil, Peas, and Parmesan Cheese

Shrimp and Grits Station

Our Chef Sautés Tiger Shrimp with Garlic, Shallots, White Wine, Butter and Parsley and Serves them over Stone Ground Grits in Martini Glasses. Finish your Succulent Shrimp and Grits with an Array of Toppings that Include: Grilled Asparagus, Roasted Red Peppers, Jalapenos, Scallions, Bacon Crumbles, Cheddar Cheese, and Parmesan Cheese

Smashed Sweet Potato Station

Beautifully Displayed Salmon Station

Head and Tail on Whole Salmon, Artfully Decorated with Cucumbers, Dill Cream Cheese, Capers, Minced Red Onions, and lemon. Served With Assorted Carrs Crackers

Bananas Foster Flambé Station

Sliced ripe Bananas sautéed with Butter, Brown Sugar and Vanilla, and set Aflame with dark Rum, served a la Mode with Vanilla-Bean Ice Cream
